Practitioners working with complex ‘wicked’ problems in Multi-Disciplinary Teams need to work on thier T-Skills. Alongside deep levels of technical knowledge, a breadth of ‘QI’ is needed; Quality Interactions born out of interpersonal capability. Only practitioners who develop this ‘T’ of Skills will be able to work with colleagues through the MDT process to find solutions to performance problems.
